Since we’ve moved into our new home, there has been a lot of change and a lot of action! Our old neighborhood didn’t have many kids. At our new home, we have LOTS of kids running in and out of the house (which my kids love!). In addition to that, we’ve been renovating our kitchen as well as updating the electrical around the house. If you follow me on Instagram, then you know I LOVE this type of energy. I love renovating, I love making our home beautiful, and as a family, we genuinely enjoy spending time together at home.

For our dog Lola, the littlest member of our family, it’s been a bit overwhelming though! Lots of kids, lots of people working, lots of noise, and lots of action. She’s been known to sunbathe in sawdust and snuggle up to electrician’s ladders these days. What can we say? Lola is the most perfect little dog we could have ever wished for! She loves everyone and she loves giving and receiving attention.

This is why we set aside a special quiet time in the early evening to focus just on her! This hour of the day is Lola’s favorite because we bring out her favorite Pup-Peroni® Jerky Bites dog treats.

During this time we take her up to the quietest part of the house. It’s away from all the kids, the dust, and craziness happening. We play games like, “Who’s a Good Girl?” where we let her run around freely, and we give her all of the love and attention she deserves… plus some dog treats.

Our kids get involved, Mr. Smart School House loves to play, and it turns into a family time that is really special for Lola. We think it’s a great complement to her action packed days. But, even when she has a very relaxing day, she sure does love when we all come home and give her some extra special attention and playtime.

When we say, “Who’s a good girl?” Lola instantly knows it’s time to follow all of the games. Sit, stay, run, jump… she’s good at all of her tricks when she’s ready to be rewarded with the tasty and indulgent Pup-Peroni Jerky Bites dog treats!

Pup-Peroni Jerky Bites come in two flavors: Pork and Beef and they are available at Walmart. We mix up the treats to keep Lola excited and happy after a long busy day around the house. She finds the treats to be so tasty and that’s probably because of the real pork or beef in the treats. They are soft, which is important for Lola, yet filled with the meaty flavor dog’s love.

The treats are fun for playtime because we can break them into smaller pieces allowing Lola, who is a small dog, to get more time playing “Who’s a Good Girl?”

Oh man… if she could only talk! The smile on her face says 1,000 words…

Who’s a Good Girl?

Pup-Peroni Jerky Bites are free of grain, fillers, and artificial flavors. I love that pork or beef are the #1 ingredients which makes them a perfect choice for us when feeding her dog treats. While playtime is important, what we feed ourselves and our dogs is also very important to us here at Smart School House.

I’m not sure if you can tell, but playing “Who’s a Good Girl?” is Lola’s most favorite part of the day 🙂 She trots around the neighborhood with those feathers in her hair knowing she is one very loved pupper.
