DIY Photo Booth Props & GIVEAWAY!

Disclosure: I’m a sponsored blog partner with Carter’s. Post and giveaway sponsored by Carter’s. All opinions are my own. Please see below for additional disclosure.

Today I am sharing these DIY photo booth props with you AND I have a giveaway to coordinate with the cute fun! The holidays are approaching quickly and there will be so many opportunities to snap great photos! Are you throwing a holiday party? Consider creating a photo booth to entertain your guests.

DIY Photo Booth Props #CartersHoliday

Photo booth props are SO easy to make! You just need to pick up some simple supplies that you can find at any craft store. The supplies you need are:

Glittery foam
Wooden dowels
Hot glue
Photo prop templates (I found mine here and here)
The digital frames can be downloaded here

To assemble the photo booth props:
Trace the templates on the foam
Cut out the pieces
Hot glue  your various pieces onto the wooden dowels

To add extra pizazz to your photo booth fun, try adding in a boa and some huge clown glasses! I find the boa at my craft store and the clown glasses at the dollar store. To make the glasses more festive, I painted the frames with plain white glue and doused them in GLITTER! Just be sure that all of the excess glitter is shaken off:)

If you are planning to set up a photo booth, pick a spot that has a plain white background. Or, you could hang some white cloth against a wall. Set up some lights to create a bright white background and encourage your guests (or your super adorable kids in this case) to have fun and be goofy! Photo booths are a wonderful way to entertain both kids and adults at the party!

Check out Stella and Mitch in our holiday photo booth. Can you tell they were having fun?

Did you happen to notice Stella and Mitch’s EXTREMELY CUTE holiday photo booth clothes?! Would you like to have these outfits for your kids? Well, it is your lucky day because I’m giving away a bunch of Carter’s cash in a series of THREE gift card giveaways. The first one kicked off recently and there is still time to enter! Be sure to keep coming back because Carter’s and I will keep giving out gift cards (it’s the season of giving, isn’t it?)

To get started with this giveaway, think of the style you would like to achieve with your photo booth. Carter’s Holiday Shop is FILLED with adorable, comfortable, durable, and stylish clothes! Be creative and think outside of the booth– er– I mean box:) Consider using your gift card on some holiday PJs for your photos! They are available in all sizes from baby to big kid. Carter’s soft and snuggly PJs will send your kids off to sweet slumber. The holiday PJs are available in microfleece and 100% cotton and they will make for lots of holiday bedtime fun after you’ve snapped all of your perfect photos! If you’d rather keep them dressed up in some festive gear for your holiday photo booth pictures,  consider getting a cute cardigan to match your little one’s dresses to keep them warm and cozy!

Carter’s partnered with bloggers such as me to help promote the Carter’s Holiday Network. As part of the program, I received product or gift cards.  Carter’s believes that consumers and bloggers are free to form their own opinions and share them in their own words, and therefore did not tell me what to purchase or what to say about the products I used. Carter’s policies align with WOMMA Ethics Code, FTC guidelines and social media engagement recommendations. The winner of any giveaway in this program will be randomly chosen and gift card fulfillment will be handled by a third party.

  2. What great ideas you share. The photo booth with props is a great idea for birthday parties for children & adults and everyone in between. Thank you Kelly for giving me a great idea to think about for our Soroptimist wine tasting event. By the way . . CUTE models. ;~)
